SALARY: 6 – 7 pounds an hour- depending on experience.
WORK BASE: Mainly Glasgow. You may have to travel around to different places.
HOURS: Full time: Different shift patterns – this may include working during the evenings and weekends as well. Over time will not be paid in the first few months.

This is a great opportunity for you to join the First Class Chauffeur Services. We are looking for professional, enthusiastic, smart and committed personal driver. As a VIP chauffeur you will drive one of our luxury cars for the chief director. For this position you must be flexible, reliable and willing to drive various locations throughout Scotland and other places as well if necessary.
You should have minimum of a 2 years experience driving Class II, which would be bonus but not essential. Ideally you should also have had experience of being a chauffeur in the past but not necessarily as full training will be provided. As an ideal candidate you must be flexible and be willing to work various shift patterns. You will ideally possess good communication skills and be able to work within a team when it’s required.
Your role as an administrator and assistant:
The First Class Chauffeur Services is currently looking for an excellent Personal Driver and Personal Assistant with extensive administration and multiple experiences to come on board and help drive the company forward. This role will provide administrative and personal support to the Chief Executive. Main responsibilities will include management of Chief Executive’s personal documentation, minute taking of meetings & support of the sales executive team.
To be successful in this role you will have a proven track record of working within a similar role. Experience of management of documentation is essential. You will be organised, professional & strong individual who can work well in a busy & demanding environment. Excellent IT and market research skills are essential. You must have a car and a full clean driving licence.
Your duties will include when you will not be driving:
Assist the sales executives in all administration tasks and responsibilities
Process all client and customer information accurately an efficiently
Support the field sales consultants by phone fax and emailAnswer all customer and client queries and enquiries
Maximise all sales opportunities generating leads to pass on to the sales team
Contribute towards active market research and prepare reports with full evaluation and recommendation at daily basis
A minimum of 2 years in a similar role
First class communication skills
Advanced use of MS packages and Excel Proven track record in a sales administration role
Underwriting skills would be advantageous
