Big winners on the QSi Night of Glory
Addison Lee, Go Green Taxis and Alpha Executive Cars were the big winners at the 2016 Professional Driver QSi Awards, the only national awards for private hire and chauffeur companies.
These three operators between them captured seven of the 11 Gold Awards on offer, demonstrating the Quality, Service and innovation is at the heart of successful operators large and small.
Solway Private Hire became the first operator to win Gold for three consecutive years. The Cumbrian Company retained its Gold award in the Community Category.
Having narrowly missed Gold in previous years, Cambridge-based Airport Lynx took Gold in the Chauffeur Operator (11-30) vehicles category. And there was a second win in the Chauffer Operator (30+ vehicles) category for London-based Driven Worldwide.
The awards are open to every chauffeur and private hire company in the UK, and are designed to recognise operators and individuals that demonstrate excellent standards of Quality, Service and Innovation. The trophies were presented at a gala dinner last week at the Effingham Park Hotel, near Gatwick Airport, before an audience of more than 350 executives from the taxi, private hire and chauffeur industry.
