Chauffeur finance growth drives Ethos Finance to new Harrogate head office

Chauffeur finance specialist Ethos, has relocated to larger premises to support its strong business growth. The company is staying in south Harrogate, and has moved to a larger office suite on the same business park.

Ethos increased its turnover by 60% in 2017, and the first quarter of 2018 has seen further growth of 20% and a 10% increase in its customer base. Ethos puts this down to its very strong presence in the chauffeur and private hire sectors as well as a growing position in both the prestige (supercar) and agriculture markets.

Ethos Finance was set up in 2007 by Chris Brown (pictured), after 20 years in the banking industry. The business now employs eight people, who between them offer customers over 50 years’ collective experience in asset financing.

Chris Brown said: “The new office provides the team with a modern facility which is also a fantastic space for customer visits. I started the business in Harrogate and the head office will always remain here. Hornbeam Park is a fantastic location, with access to national rail, which is now imperative due to our expanding UK operation.”

He added: “We are delighted with the recent growth especially as it is in line with our strategic ambition for the next two-to-three years.
